Delivery Day - What to Expect

When will my order be delivered?
You will get an email a couple of days before delivery (make sure you check your spam folder).  This email will have an ETA as well as a link where you can track your delivery, minute by minute, on the day of delivery
Do I need to be home?
No, you don't!  If you aren't home, we will leave dry goods on your porch and cold goods will be put into a cooler bag with some ice and left as well.  Once we deliver, we will call you and let you know we've left your items so you know exactly when they got there.  We recommend getting your products inside within 2 hours to ensure freshness. 
What if I won't be home within 2 hours?
We are happy to deliver to a nearby neighbor or friend if you won't be home within 2 hours of your delivery.  Just email us and let us know the address you would like us to deliver to instead (this must be done at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time)
Do I need to tip my driver?
Nope!  Our drivers are employed by Rock and are just as excited as you are about supporting local farmers!
