Is there a membership fee to join ROCK Farmers Market Buyers Club?
No. There is no fee required to become a Member of the Buyers Club. If you desire to become a VIP Member, there is a $50 annual membership fee. VIP Members receive exclusive benefits listed below.
What exclusive benefits will I receive if I become a VIP Member of ROCK Farmers Market Buyers Club?
1. VIP Members receive an exclusive list of items not available to Non-VIP Members.
2. VIP Members receive a discount up to 40% off products.
Members will be required to login into the website with a password created by the Member. Once Member has logged into the website, the Member will have access to the exclusive benefits.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, you first must register as a member of the Buyers Club here. Once you are registered, you want to ensure you are logged in to your account and then you will go to our store to select your items. Afterwards, click "my cart" or the basket icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen. This will take you to checkout. You will receive an itemized list emailed to your after you place your order.
How do I receive my order?
All orders are delivered to your doorstep! An email will go out a couple of days before delivery with an ETA of when you can expect your order!
Can I change my order?
Once you submit your order, typically it cannot be changed. Please contact us if any issues arise.
If an order cannot be remedied, members can place a second order.
What happens if I won't be home when my order is delivered?
If you are not home when your order is delivered, we will leave dry items on your porch. Cold items will be put into a cooler bag with ice and left on your porch as well. Once your items are delivered, we will call you letting you know your items were left on our porch that way you know exactly when they got there! We recommend bringing your items inside within 2 hours to ensure freshness.
If you won't be home within 2 hours, we are happy to deliver your order to a nearby friend or neighbor. Just email us with their address! (This will need to be done at least 1 day before your scheduled delivery)
What do I do if I am missing an item?
Rock Farmers Market tries its very best to fulfill all the order requests submitted. However, there are times when our foods are subject to the weather and other variables, often out of our control. If any items are missing from your order, we will email you letting you know of the missing item before delivery. When your order arrives, all missing items will be marked on your packing list and a refund will be issued for all missing items.
